Allen Agaba is a highly accomplished Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA) with over 15 years of expertise in financial management, analysis, and risk oversight across the NGO sector and private enterprises. She holds an MBA with merit from Heriot-Watt University (Edinburgh Business School) and a Bachelor of Science in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University. In addition, Allen is a qualified CPA(U), reflecting her extensive proficiency in financial compliance and reporting.

As the Finance Manager at the Seed and Knowledge Initiative (SKI), Allen leads critical efforts in financial control, reporting, risk management, and budget oversight, ensuring compliance with organizational and donor requirements. Her role also includes providing capacity-building support to SKI’s 15 partner organizations across South Africa, Zimbabwe, Zambia, and Malawi. With her strategic leadership and commitment to excellence, Allen has been instrumental in driving organizational success while upholding the highest financial standards.

Allen’s dedication to mentoring and guiding partner organizations enhances SKI’s mission of fostering sustainable agriculture and food sovereignty across the SADC region.
